At LALA CORSETRY, we are committed to delivering products of exceptional quality.

Due to the structured and delicate nature of our corsets, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return window
Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Undamaged
• In perfect condition
• With all original tags attached
• Returned in original packaging

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items
Returns will not be accepted if:
• The item shows signs of wear
• Tags have been removed
• The item has been damaged after delivery

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change size, you must return the original item and place a new order.
